IdentityNow Essentials is led by our highly experienced SailPoint team and can be delivered remotely or in person at SailPoint facilities around the globe or at your site.

IdentityNow Training – Special Consideration

IdentityNow implementation and administration training is being transformed. In mid-July, IdentityNow Implementation and Administration: Essentials will be replaced with IdentityNow Essentials, and IdentityNow Implementation and Administration: Advanced will be replaced with IdentityNow Implementation: Advanced Configurations.

Administration content that is currently included in IdentityNow Implementation and Administration: Advanced is being moved to IdentityNow Essentials. This new IdentityNow Essentials class will be increased to a 3-day class to accommodate the additional material. With the shift of all standard administration content to IdentityNow Essentials, IdentityNow Implementation: Advanced Configurations will not target administrators, and instead will focus on technical implementers.

IdentityNow administrative tasks, basic troubleshooting, basic implementation, and basic searching have been moved from IdentityNow Implementation and Essentials: Advanced to this class, IdentityNow Essentials
